The Story Behind Our Mission

Every company has a beginning. Ours started with a moment we never expected—a moment that would ultimately inspire our mission to help keep pets safe and families connected.

In 2022, our family experienced something that many pet owners fear but hope never happens. Like countless families around the world, our pet was much more than an animal. It was a cherished member of our family, bringing comfort, companionship, and unconditional love into our lives every day.

Then, in a matter of seconds, everything changed.

A passing car startled our pet, causing it to run off unexpectedly. Before we could react, it had disappeared from sight. What followed were some of the longest and most emotional hours we had ever experienced. We searched nearby streets, parks, and neighborhoods, calling its name and hoping for any sign that would lead us back together.

As the hours passed, fear and uncertainty began to take over. We felt helpless, wondering where our pet was, whether it was safe, and how long it would take to find it. Like many pet owners in similar situations, we realized how quickly a normal day could turn into a stressful and heartbreaking experience.

During that search, one question kept coming to mind:

Why wasn't there a simple way to instantly know where our pet was?

The more we thought about it, the more we realized that our experience was far from unique. Every day, pets go missing because of unexpected situations—a gate left open, a loud noise, a broken leash, or a momentary distraction. While these incidents can happen in seconds, finding a lost pet can take hours, days, or sometimes even longer.

That realization became the foundation of our company.

We set out to create a solution that could give pet owners greater peace of mind and help reduce the fear and uncertainty that comes with losing a pet. Our goal was simple: to develop reliable tracking technology that helps families stay connected to the pets they love and provides reassurance when it matters most.

Since then, every product we design and every decision we make has been guided by that mission. We are not simply building technology—we are creating tools that help protect one of the most meaningful relationships in a family's life.
